OFFICE SESSIONS

Office sessions have the benefit of traditional face-to-face support in an environment separate from your home to help you feel comfortable and safe to explore what brought you to therapy in the first place. Many clients prefer this to feel complete privacy and focus in sessions.

TELEHEALTH SESSIONS
Telehealth sessions are online live video sessions where we connect thought a secure online site specifically designed for telehealth therapy. I can support anyone in California through telehealth.
Telehealth therapy is now a common form of healthcare due to the convenience of being at home or another site, saving travel time, and the flexibility these sessions offer. Telehealth therapy sessions are ideal for California college students.
These sessions require you to have access to a computer/phone, reliable internet connection, and headphones for the best experience.
Rates

My services are private pay.
Visa/MC, HSA Visa, check are accepted payment.

I am considered "Out of Network" with insurance.
"Superbills" can be provided to you to submit to your insurance. Please check with your insurance about their policy on reimbursement prior.
​
Sessions are 45 minutes in length.
